At this point, sometimes I just want to say, "I give up." There is an endless stream of things that people will find to hate and protest. Plus, I’m really glad there is a preacher out there stressing the importance of "god’s hatred." We just need more people like him so that we can all hate eachother and lock ourselves inside our houses with a shotgun and copy of the bible justifying our choice to remain isolated from any other form of human life. Okay, maybe that is a bit extreme, but you get my point. I’m just looking for a little human decency is all.

Well, I am inspired. Old reliable is now an offical PA resident after passing the State Inspection this morning with flying colors…er…a replacement brake light bulb and an oil change. And gosh darnit if that emergency brake I was delaying the financial consequences of replacing for 8 years just needed to "be cleaned." So I dedicate my first beer of the night to ye old Corolla, in the words of the inimitable Dr. Spock, "Live long and prosper."
